Here at Community Shelter Project, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2015, we are determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s fresh ideas and passion to the range of activities we’re involved in. Through all of our endeavors we hope to prove the conviction behind our beliefs.

Dealing with the challenges of homelessness today requires social entrepreneurs, problem-solvers who are innovative creatives who can bring about different perspectives to the table and willing to take a risks. www.community-shelter-project.com emerged out after various team members had several brushes with homeless. Wired with inspiration to inspire and support the community and a desire to take action and able to speak louder than words we are ready to tackle one of the Nations most embarrassing issues. Established in 2010, We’re an organisation driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support and good will. Contact us to learn more and get involved.

Community Shelter, a Wolverhampton-based not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals and families.
We are currently seeking properties suitable for corporate letting in the Wolverhampton area. Ideally, the properties that would meet the following criteria are as follows:-

Must be Availability: for immediate occupation

Lease Term must be available for a period of : 3-5 year lease agreement

Must be in good condition: ready for move-in

Local Housing Allowance (LHA): Compliant with government LHA rates https://lha-direct.voa.gov.uk/

We offer Guaranteed Rent: for the entire lease term, eliminating vacancy risks for landlords.

Legislation: EPC's, Gas Safety, Electrical safety certs, Equipment safety certificates must be available.
Community Shelter has been around for many years providing FREE services to people in need of assistance such as housing, assistance with housing benefit applications, food parcels, furniture and much more. We can provide proof of funds for qualified properties and can move very quickly.
In addition to corporate lets, we are also interested in purchasing/acquiring properties that require refurbishment to accommodate our vulnerable tenants. We can offer guaranteed rent for these properties as well.

Hopefully Pete might have found somewhere to live by now but there are hundreds like Pete on the street with no where to call home. Can you help us to help Pete and others in his position. We have launched a fundraising campaign to raise £1,000,000 to create a our development costs. We will provide hot meals 3 times per day, clothing, shower facilities and somewhere warm to sleep. The funds will help to pay for the premises and provide the other services, then a place to stay won't just be for Christmas.or until CoronerVirus is over but a place to start all over again.

There is an inherent lack of affordable housing available in the UK and for us to help meet the housing demand we need to acquire more. Community Shelter seeks properties to acquire. We have partnered with a wealthy cash purchaser and can complete transactions quickly.
We’re looking for properties in Solihull, Birmingham, Dudley, Worcester. If you feel that you may have a property suitable for us and are looking to sell or you have a large block of apartments, please get in touch for an informal discussion without any obligation.
We have extensive knowledge of planning policies and frameworks and a proven track record of acquiring all types of sites. We will pay fees to non-retained introducers and we’re looking for the following properties:

If you are an individual, company or charitable organisation wanting to make a difference to the life of a Rough Sleeper, we are actively welcoming donations to help us make this vision a reality. You can support us by buying a door or a brick. Each door will have a small plaque on it with your details unless otherwise stated.
We require 500 doors @ £250 per door covers the purchase and installation
and £2.50 per brick and we need 38,420 bricks. Alternatively, if you don’t have the funds but you’d like to support us in other ways ie volunteering your time, left over materials from your build site, fundraising or support the development in other ways will make a tremendous difference to the impact made. We desperately need a Van to Collect the Food donations
Yesterday we went out to collect food donations for 40 elderly clients and 10 Rough Sleepers. We were limited to amount of food our cars can take. Education & Outreach- Collecting data on Rough Sleeping
These guys sleep in a metal container in Wolverhampton. We have been out on outreach and it is freezing. Most of our efforts pertaining to this program involve studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to help rough sleepers and implement them. We evaluate our success in this field by gathering qualitative and quantitative data, and using that information to measure shifts and changes from our baseline measurements. We are looking for property investors who believe in our cause to help us realise our dream for the Homeless Centre.

Andii is a property investor with over 17 years as a BTL investor and the first to develop Serviced Accommodation in the West Midlands and the only operator between 2012 and 2017 and still developing them to date with the soon to be launched historical Park Lodge, Bloxwich Walsall in the West Midlands. Andii is a musician and singer in her spare time. Hardworking, a treasure trove of ideas and extremely talented. Where do we begin to fathom the depths of Andii's skills. The life and soul of the party. If you ever need a different perspective on any matter she's always armed. Diamond's view of the homeless situation is that it can be solved once and for all.
